Caroline was born and raised in Burlingame, California. After earning her BA degree with honors in History at UC Santa Barbara, she taught English in Spain for three years. Upon returning to the States, she entered the Silicon Valley tech industry for 10 years, working initially at Oracle and later at Webex. This experience gave her a solid foundation to hone her business acumen. These are skills that have helped her build a thriving real estate team in the competitive Silicon Valley real estate market. Caroline is known for her exceptional negotiation skills and marketing savvy.

Her long-time love of the Bay Area Peninsula lifestyle, passion for entrepreneurship and technology, and dedication to helping people lead her to form the Dinsmore Group. Today, the Dinsmore Group has grown into a team of Peninsula-focused, real estate experts with 37 years of experience and sales totaling over $750M.

Shelby, a San Francisco Peninsula native, began her real estate career on the majestic, tropical isle of Oahu, where she practiced residential real estate for seven years. She continues to hold her Hawaii state license while currently working to attain CA state licensure. She skillfully negotiated successful transactions for both sellers and buyers. While in Hawaii, Shelby achieved the Certified Residential Specialist designation, was recognized as a Top Producer and was presented with the Core Values Award by her colleagues. Shelby was consistently nominated by her clients year after year for the Aloha ‘Aina Award, which recognizes agents who go above and beyond to provide excellent service to their clients.

She developed a passion for helping Realtors with the technical aspects of their transactions and acquired elite-level skills. Along with her talent and knowledge, Kate brings an acute attention to detail, ability to identify and solve problems, and a sense of customer service which makes her an invaluable asset to our team and, thus, our clients.

Using the most innovative Marketing techniques and channels, Nancy will make sure that your home gets noticed with impactful copy and stunning visuals. Your listing will get in front of more people than ever.

She brings 7 years of Marketing experience from Electronic Arts, Inc., where she worked at the confluence of Marketing strategy, graphic design, and project management. With over 15 years of visual design experience, working in film editing studios and the fashion industry, she is well-versed in many mediums: video, digital, social, and print. Nancy has a passion for Marketing copywriting and has 4 years of experience crafting compelling, emotive, succinct copy for advertising and product descriptions.

Collaborating closely with the team, Nancy works to give the Dinsmore Group a branded presence that communicates our values and mission to our clients and colleagues.

He supports the team so that we can support our clients. Rob also coordinates the Dinsmore Group’s social media presence. His strategic insights and graphic design skills help to amplify our brand and vision through Instagram, Facebook, our website, and more.
