What to expect when selling your home
I’m a big believer in setting expectations and meeting or exceeding them at every step. This means no surprises, clear communication, and responsiveness. Here’s a quick look at the selling process — clear communication can never start too soon.
1. Initial Phone Call
Many of my clients call me after reading my client reviews on Yelp. In the initial phone call, we will discuss your goals and the highlights of your home, in addition to scheduling an in-person meeting so we can discuss a go-to-market strategy in more depth.
2. Strategic Marketing Consultation
The strategic marketing consultation is an in-depth review of your home, the local market, and my integrated marketing approach. My goal is for you to feel educated so that you can make the best decisions for you. This meeting typically takes around 90 minutes.

3. Next Steps
We finalize the marketing calendar, begin preparing your home for market, develop all of the marketing materials and manage all of the channels of distribution. My team and I will check-in regularly to ensure everything stays on track and so that you stay in the loop.
Once you are in contract, my team and I manage the escrow period making sure that all deliverables are met in a timely fashion so that everything moves along smoothly.
